Further to your request for information please see our response below. 
 
REQUEST 
 
Please can you provide the total number of spiking al egations received by your university in the 
following calendar years: 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023. 
 
RESPONSE 
We are unable to provide this information and it is exempt from disclosure as the answer would be 5 
or less. This is to ensure that the information could not be used in the public domain with other 
information to lead to the identification of an individual(s) to which the data relates. This information 
is exempt under section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. 
 
If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the right to ask for an internal
