University sexual misconduct complaint statistics

Dear Mark,

on 25^th January 2020. Please be aware that all freedom of information
requests place some degree of demand on the University's resources in
terms of costs and staff time and that currently UWTSD may need to
prioritise resources to other areas, or adapt its usual approach to
information governance work, in order to meet the unprecedented challenges
we are all facing during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

Thank you for your freedom of information request received by this office
on 3^rd February 2021. I would respond as beneath (your request is in red
narrative and the answer is in black narrative)

I'd like access to the sexual misconduct statistics for your institution
from 2015-2020.

Please include the number of allegations of sexual misconduct made by
students against fellow students, students against staff, and a breakdown
of the numbers for each category of sexual misconduct offence (sexual
harassment, sexual assault, rape etc).

(i)               There were no allegations of sexual misconduct by
students against staff in the timeframe

(ii)             The following table provides responses in relation to
sexual misconduct allegations by students against fellow students

I'd also like to know the number of students expelled from their studies

No student was expelled from their studies
