Dear University of Portsmouth,

Under the Freedom of Information Act I would like to request the following information:

1. The total amount of funding allocated to the university racing team participating in Formula Student for the following academic years:
- 2018/19
- 2019/20
- 2020/21
- 2021/22
- 2022/23

2. How much money the university racing team has received from sponsorships and from whom for the same time period.

3. A detailed breakdown of expenses incurred by the university racing team, including but not limited to:
a. Vehicle procurement and maintenance costs
b. Travel expenses
c. Competition entry fees
d. Equipment and gear purchases
e. Personnel costs (e.g. stipends)
f. Services acquired
g. Other relevant expenditures

Please provide this information in spreadsheet format (CSV or XLS).

If this request requires any clarification please indicate this ASAP. If this request will take longer than 18 hours to compile, please contact me so I can simplify the request.

As per FOI legislation, I require a response within 20 working days.
