FOI, University of Oxford

Dear Mr Wilson,

I apologise for the delay in responding to your FOI request of 11 May.

Since the start of the year, we have had to give priority to completing the University's preparations for the introduction of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This has led to a backlog of responses to FOI requests. Now that the GDPR has come into force, we are starting to reduce the backlog, but it will take time to clear it altogether.

I hope to be able to reply to your request by 10 July.

Yours sincerely

Dear Ms Wright,

I am sorry for the continued delay in replying to your request of 11 May. The current position is that I have received the credit card statements from our Finance Division but need to check these with the individuals concerned in order to identify any costs unrelated to their role as PVC.

I shall be on leave from two weeks from 9 July. My aim is to reply by 27 July.

Yours sincerely
