Dear Mr Abdalla,
Your Information Request - IR1-4796520508
Thank you for your email dated 21 February in which you ask about
University of Health Sciences School of Medicine. We have considered your
request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA).
There are a large number of awarding bodies with similar names to this so
we are unable to give specifics on whether graduates of this university
would always need a full assessment of their PMQ however you would be
required to declare any online/virtual learning when creating a GMC
account and we would only then be able to make a determination on whether
a full PMQ assessment was required or not.
Our [1]criteria states in regards to online learning that a qualification
cannot have been undertaken entirely virtually. The amount of
virtual/online learning undertaken would need to be assessed at the point
an applicant is ready to take PLAB/apply for registration.
Kind regards
