Dear University of Glasgow,

Can you please tell me what the overtime budget for the security department for the years 2016 and 2017.
There recently seems to have been a large rise on overtime costs within this department for reasons that seem to involve [name removed due to potentially defamatory allegations]. Can you please tell us,
1. What is [name removed due to potentially defamatory allegations] job role within this department
2. Why the increase for overtime at events that only involve [name removed due to potentially defamatory allegations]
3.Why were security managers taken down to an event in London, staying overnight at a hotel with [name removed due to potentially defamatory allegations].
4. [name removed due to potentially defamatory allegations] is training security staff in martial arts, is this a paid role and if so who authorised this.
It has been mentiond that [name removed due to potentially defamatory allegations] has the ear of the university principal and gains favours for this department and it's manager. This all sounds completely wrong in a time where other departments are having their budgets cut and staff are losing their jobs.

Yours faithfully,
[name removed]
