I am requesting information regarding the 2022 applicants for University
of Durham Mathematics G100 BSc.

 

I would like information on the following:

 

- predicted grades of 2022 applicants for Mathematics G100 BSc

- TMUA or MAT results of 2022 applicants for Mathematics G100 BSc

- predicted grades and TMUA/MAT results of successful applicants who
received an offer for of 2022 applicants for Mathematics G100 BSc

 

 

Please note the following about the data provided:

• Data concerning A levels grades and TMUA/MAT results cannot be
supplied on an individual basis due to Section 40 of the FOIA.

Section 40 (2) : The University confirms that it holds the information you
have requested. However, it could be possible to identify the
individual(s) concerned and therefore the information is personal data as
defined by the Data Protection Act 2018. The University therefore refuses
your request under section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. .
In such circumstances, S40 confers an absolute exemption on disclosure.
There is, therefore, no public interest test to apply.

By virtue of the above the information provided has been summarised.

• Numbers have been rounded to the nearest 5 as per HESA guidelines,
numbers less than 5 are suppressed and denoted by <5, a zero(0)
indicates no data.
• Data for applicants includes all who applied for the course regardless
of the outcome of their application
• Data for offer holders includes conditional and unconditional offers
• Predicted A level grades – data for candidates predicted to take at

note candidates make take other qualifications in addition to A
levels.
• The TMUA and MAT tests are not a compulsory requirement therefore the
data is based on applicants who took the test and where a result is
