Please clarify what is required from the first question " What IT Research
providers are you using for your IT Services department, Academic Staff
and Students? (research access through electronic for computing
students/information technology)"

·         What is meant by research providers?

·         Out IT Services do not carry out academic research

·         “Academic Staff and students” – is this all academic staff and
students or just those from the school of computing?

Clarification required to ensure I refer this to the most appropriate
school or department

of these are used
