Universal Jobmatch ‘implementation updates’

Frank Zola made this Freedom of Information request to Department for Work and Pensions

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

The request was successful.

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Please send copies of all your Universal Jobmatch ‘implementation updates’.

"PCS has asked that DWP provide clarification to their managers, in addition to the ‘implementation updates’ they have issued already."
http://www.pcs.org.uk/en/department_for_...

As well as, if possible on £600 per FOI costings, copies of correspondence with ministers since November 2012 on the issue of Universal Jobmatch. If too costly happy to get ‘implementation updates’ only.

Yours faithfully,
Frank Zola

The DWP has contacted WhatDoTheyKnow to inform us that the document "IU 033 Lines to Take 743108 pdf.pdf" is out of date and that this has caused problems when people have attempted to contact the DWP helpdesk.

Please be aware that the information in these documents is from early 2013 (2.5 years ago at the time of writing this annotation) and that much of it may now be out of date and actively unhelpful.

Frank

I have had a couple of requests knocked back from them because they do not consider Percy Stent to be my real name. Check my page. Are you interested in those questions enough to ask them under your name?

Thanks

Percy Stent
