Dear Department for Work and Pensions,
RE: Universal Jobmatch and a "public CV"
9 March 2013
Further to above request please email me screen shots of an example of a user of an employer Universal Jobmatch (UJ) account doing a Jobseeker search and inviting Jobseekers to apply for a job that can only be applied for via UJ. I would also like copies of any training material or other information you have that explains to employers the methodology, taxonomy and search parameters/restrictions they can use to search Jobseeker CVs
You claim that employers do not see personal data when they search jobseekers public CVs, please provide examples of exactly what an employer can see and technical details of how the 'anonymous' search function works.
Please provide a full description of what an employer can see when they undertake a Jobseeker search of their CVs.
