Thank you for your email received today requesting data on Universal
Information Solution/Personalisation Programme.
I have passed your email to our Adult Social Care Team who will assign an
officer to respond to your request by no later than 11 September 2012.
Whilst it is the Council policy to provide information wherever possible,

We no longer have a Head of Personalisation
Programme within our service.

Within Adult social care our Group Manager of First Response is Ms. Karen
West-Whylie.
Q3. Do you currently have a Universal Information Solution in
Adult social care as part of the Personalisation Agenda?
We do currently have a Universal information solution in adult social
care.
Q4. If you do have a solution what is this called and where
can I find it?
