Universal Credit Work Capability Assessments and letters to GPs telling them the assessment determination

We're waiting for James Wilson to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

You send an ESA65B letter to GP after a Work Capability Assessment (WCA) fit for work decision, can I be sent a copy of the equivalent template letters for a Universal Credit claimant after they submitted a UC50 and are then found fit for work after a WCA?

How does the DWP get consent to send the Universal Credit claimant WCA decision letters to a GP and what exact wording and retained record shows that a claimant did consent?

And I need copies of the template letters used to invite UC claimants to a Work Capability Assessment (WCA) and the template letters used to notify UC claimants of the outcome determination of a WCA.

Yours faithfully,

James Wilson

Dear James Wilson,

I am writing in response to your request for information, received 3rd
April.

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Department for Work and Pensions's handling of my FOI request 'Universal Credit Work Capability Assessments and letters to GPs telling them the assessment determination'.

In my FOI2019/13693 request I asked for the template Universal Credit Work (UC) Capability Assessments (WCA) letters sent to GPs that tell the GP a claimant was found fit for work by a WCA and fit notes are no longer required.
https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/u...

In the FOI2019/13693 reply you did not send me the UC WCA assessment determination letter you send to doctors and only sent me the ESA65B letter that only mentions Employment and Support Allowance (ESA) not UC.

Please send me the Universal Credit template letter or information I asked for. This would be the letter or information mentioned on page 43 of a UC50 , that goes on to say

I agree to my doctor, or any doctor treating me, being
informed about the Secretary of State’s determination on
– limited capability for work,
– limited capability for work-related activity
– or both.
