Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Please provide me with the legislation that states a Universal Credit claimant must attend regular appointments with a job center advisor or face a sanction though they have had their requirement to provide job search evidence suspended because they are on the sick and unfit for work and are sending in doctors sick notes to the Universal Credit service center.

Please provide me with legislation and medical qualifications that entitles Job Center advisors to question claimants on the state of their health when called in to attend appointments whilst on the sick as above.

Yours faithfully,

I am the agent for the fictional strawman that was created with the name Kenneth Heskin

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Department for Work and Pensions's handling of my FOI request 'Universal Credit Sickness'.

You are obviously avoiding answering my request at all costs.

For clarification....
My birth name is 'Kenneth Heskin'
The name on my birth certificate is 'Kenneth Heskin'
The name on my passport is 'Kenneth Heskin'
I am known as 'Kenneth Heskin'
Therefore my real name is 'Kenneth Heskin'
I am not 'Daniel Blake'. (don't get me started on that one)
I am 'Kenneth Heskin'

Either provide the evidence I requested or I shall complain to the ICO.
The ball is in your court.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/u...
