Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

When a claimant starts a claim for Universal Credit they are presented by a series of online screens to complete. Each answer will of course take them to a back screen area within the IT map IE: on A, B, C, D answers, and returning them to main frame screens until completion of claims and it is submitted.
Could you please provide me with all images of screens a claimant is likely to come across while completing a claim regardless of their personal circumstances . I would be most grateful and PDF images will do.

Yours faithfully,

G Ward

Dear [email address] on behalf of DWP Strategy Freedom of Information,

I do not have access to all information required as of section 21 as I do not claim universal credit.

IE :I cannot claim as disabled person, carer, couple, single jobseeker or single parent, or family all at the same time accessing the online system.

So I wish for you to reconsider my request for the screens in all types of scenarios

Yours sincerely,

G Ward

I have consulted the Universal Credit team and their response is as follows:

The response will be the same as in the FOI.

Disabled people, carers, couples and single jobseekers and a single parent all access the Universal Credit online system individually and are asked the same questions as per the demo system referred to in Section 21.

We are unable to supply any more Information and have met our obligation under the FOI Act

If you are unhappy with this response, could you please apply for an Internal Review by contacting [email address]

Yours sincerely
