Universal Credit EU HRT refusal statistics

Piotr Lato made this Freedom of Information request to The National Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

Dear The National Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux,

I have received information from a benefits adviser at Bedford CAB that u place a tag on each case file regarding refused Universal Credit due to failing Habitual Residence Test HRT.
And that you later pas those statistics to the Department for Work and Pensions.

It would be greatly appreciated to have a paper copy of those statistics to help me prove a discrimination case based on race by the DWP due to lack of training on their part.

Yours faithfully,
Piotr Lato
