Universal Credit CTA (Call To Action) and suspension letters.

This request has been withdrawn by the person who made it. There may be an explanation in the correspondence below.

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Please provide me with a copy of the CTA (Call To Action) letter issued to JSA claimants who are being switched to UC full service advising them they need to switch to the new Universal Credit online service.

Please provide me with a copy of the Suspension letter issued to JSA claimants who are being switched to UC full service advising them their Universal Credit payments will be suspended/or not paid because they have failed to complete the actions required to claim Universal Credit through the new online service.

Yours faithfully,

Theodore Allan
