The request was refused by Department for Work and Pensions.

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Please could I have a copy of the latest release of the Universal Credit Account Overview - A walkthrough of the service. Alternatively known as the UC dummy account.

Yours faithfully,

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Department for Work and Pensions's handling of my FOI request 'Universal Credit Account Overview - A walkthrough of the service'.

My understanding is that there is actually a version albeit it may have another title. Shared with CITA's HTC project in conjunction with the DWP. Apparently, it requires a log in. Please could you confirm if that is correct?

If that is so, please could I have the stand-alone. Arguably it would be in the public interest if a version was in the public domain.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/u...

Yours faithfully,

Andy Pennington
