• Start date & duration of framework
• Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension?
• Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?

I would be most grateful if you would provide me, under the Freedom of
Information Act, details in respect to the contract below, Unitas Stoke on
Trent - Drainage Services

 

Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were
successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages.

 

Response: No PQQ was used. The three companies that were successful in
winning a place on the framework were:-

 

Metro Rod

Mark Everill Ltd

Draincare

 

The unsuccessful companies were:-

 

A J Aqua Jets Ltd

First Time Drainage Solutions

Lanes Group PLC

PDS (NW) Limited

Semilong Services Ltd

 

Actual contract values of each framework/contract (& any sub lots).

 

Response: The actual value will be determined throughout the duration of
the contract based on actual requirements, but the estimated total value
of the framework is £180,000.

 

Start date & duration of framework

 

Response: Contracts with each provider began 19 March 2019, duration is 2
years.

 

Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so,
the duration of the extension?

 

Response: The contract has no option to extend.

 

Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are
being either extended or renewed?

 

Response: The framework has been extended for an additional year.

 

Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this
contract?

 

Response: Martin Heath, Operations Manager.
