Dear Mr Skene
In response to your request for information regarding treatment of
existing submissions under FOI and EIR I would inform you that all
requests received prior to 31^st March will be dealt with according to the
authority to which they were submitted. Cheshire East Council will take
responsibility for any in-progress reviews. Those requests originally
submitted to Cheshire County Council and which are subject to review will
be dealt with jointly by Cheshire East and Cheshire West.
Emails addressed to the District/County councils will, for some time, be
received by Cheshire East Council. It is anticipated that new requests
will be made to Cheshire East Council as instructed on our website.
Cheshire East Council is now the custodian of information previously held
by the District and County councils; any requests for this information
should be directed to the new council according to the information on our
website.
If you have any queries on the contents of this message please contact me.
Yours sincerely
Rose Raine
