2. How much time do reps get for their union duties? Between 1% and 50%  
3. How many full time union reps are there? None, all reps work on a part
time basis
4. Can you give me a copy of your handbook or any other documents you have
in relation to the duties performed by union reps? We do not have a
handbook or agreement in place
