Please see below answers to the FOI request:-

1.       There are 12 staff members who have specific union rep
responsibilities.  We recognise three unions so that is 3 Chairs and 2
Secretary/Vice Chairs.  We also have staff with specific responsibilities
for Health & Safety, Equality, Environment and Training and Development. 

2.       For teaching staff - 2 hours reduced class contact per week per
25 members. 

          1.5   Hours reduced class contact per week for H&S Reps

                 1 hour per week reduced class contact for Training &
Development Rep

                 Reasonable time off duties agree for reps not in teaching
roles.

3.       There are no full time union reps.
