Dear Abdul,

In response to your Freedom of Information request dated 22/09/2018, I can
provide the information as follows:

1. How many trade union reps are there working at the college?

There are 7 UCU and 2 Unison representatives, as well as one Unison
vacancy, working at the College. 

2. How much time do reps get for their union duties?

The College allocates the UCU branch 15hrs per week in remission from
teaching for TU duties. Unison reps get up to 4 hours a week.

3. How many full time union reps are there?

There are no full time UCU or Unison reps within the College. 

4. Can you give me a copy of your handbook or any other documents you have
in relation to the duties performed by union reps?

We do not have a handbook or any other documents in relationship to the
duties performed by union reps. This is provided by the Unions.
