2. How much time do reps get for their union duties?
3. How many full time union reps are there?
4. Can you give me a copy of your handbook or any other documents you have in relation to the duties performed by union reps?

Dear Abdul

Apologies your FOI request as below that you sent to the college enquiries email address was forwarded to the wrong department and was not forwarded on to myself until yesterday.

Please be assured that it is not our normal process to ignore FOI requests and we always either answer them within the allotted time or contact the requestor, however on this occasion your email was missed.

I will answer your request as soon as I am able but I first need to gain permission to give you the below information and unfortunately the person I need to speak to is away this week.

Please be assured I will come back to you but it will probably be the middle of next week before I can do this, please could you let me know if this will be sufficient and also could you let me have your reasons for requesting this information and what it will be used for.
