I will investigate to confirm whether the information you have requested
is held by the Warwickshire College Group (WCG) and where it is held it
will be assessed against the exemptions provided for within the Freedom of
Information Act 2000.

In accordance with the Act, WCG has twenty working days from receipt of
your request within which to respond to you, to confirm or deny whether
the information is held and if held, to provide it to you or to explain
why the information will not be disclosed.

The statutory time limit will expire on 22nd February 2019 However, WCG

Dear Abdul
In response to your request for information dated 27th January 2019 please
find attached and below WCG's formal response. I have also attached WCG’s
Information Rights Appeal Procedure in the event that you are not
satisfied with WCG’s response or the way in which your request has been
dealt with.
1. How many trade union reps are there working at the college? 7 members
of staff have remitted hours for union duties
2. How much time do reps get for their union duties? Please see the table
below:
