Thank you for your request for information dated and received on 24
December 2018 concerning Abingdon and Witney College.  This request is
being handled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

I am able to provide information as follows

1. How many trade union reps are there working at the college? 8 for UCU –
3 of whom get allocated hours.  Each of the three have different hours
(see below) and have other jobs. The remaining 5 do not have allocated
hours, and all have other jobs.  UNISON have not elected any staff reps
since 1 August 2018 

2. How much time do reps get for their union duties? UCU official total 5
hours per week (split between 3 reps) 

3. How many full time union reps are there? None 

4. Can you give me a copy of your handbook or any other documents you have
in relation to the duties performed by union reps? Facilities agreement
attached.

your case until the College’s internal review process has been completed.
