Dear Bury College,

Can you tell me.

1. How many trade union reps are there working at the college? 5 Reps

2. How much time do reps get for their union duties? The 3 UCU reps have 6
hours per week they use (3 for the chair 2 for the secretary and one for H
& S) Unison have no set hours at the moment, they take whatever hours are
needed to support member issues and attend JCC meetings, but we are
looking to review this.

3. How many full time union reps are there? No full time reps

4. Can you give me a copy of your handbook or any other documents you have
in relation to the duties performed by union reps? We do not have a
handbook. We are reviewing the recognition agreement that is in place.
