Dear Gloucestershire College,

Can you tell me.

1. How many trade union reps are there working at the college?
2. How much time do reps get for their union duties?
3. How many full time union reps are there?
4. Can you give me a copy of your handbook or any other documents you have in relation to the duties performed by union reps?

Yours faithfully,

Abdul Hai

Clare Callinan, Gloucestershire College

Dear Abdul

Further to your freedom of information request, I can confirm the
following:

1.       The College has two union representatives working at the College

2.       The two representatives receive remission from their timetabled
hours (150 hours and 80 hours)

3.       The College engages with one full time union representative based
in Gloucestershire

4.       We do not hold any College documents which refer to the duties
performed by the union representatives as this is provided by the
recognised Unions.

Kind regards

Clare Callinan
