Please can you provide me with information on all Unilateral Undertakings between Canterbury City Council and any developer awarded planning permission for sites of 9 or more dwellings that oblige the developer to provide any affordable, social rented, shared ownership or any form of Affordable housing provision to a Registered Provider (RP) from 1st January 2016 to the most recent data available.
The documents/ information relating to the documents may be provided by email, If it is not possible to provide all of this information then please provide the details of how I am able to access the information myself.

Our response:
Legal agreements and unilateral undertaking made under s106 of the Town
and Country Planning Act 1990 are available to view within the documents
that appear on the Council's website against the individual planning
application.
This information is therefore exempt under Section 21 of the Freedom of
information Act 2000 and is accessible via the public planning pages which
can be searched [3]here.
