Please can you provide me with information on all Unilateral Undertakings between Hertsmere Borough Council and any developer awarded planning permission for sites of 9 or more dwellings that oblige the developer to provide any affordable, social rented, shared ownership or any form of Affordable housing provision to a Registered Provider (RP) from 1st January 2016 to the most recent data available.

I am writing in response to your Freedom of Information request received

Your request has now been considered under the terms of the Freedom of
Information Act and/or Environmental Information Regulations and we are
able to respond as follows:
Please can you provide me with information on all Unilateral Undertakings
between Hertsmere Borough Council and any developer awarded planning
permission for sites of 9 or more dwellings that oblige the developer to
provide any affordable, social rented, shared ownership or any form of
Affordable housing provision to a Registered Provider (RP) from 1st
January 2016 to the most recent data available.
The following planning applications are relevant to your request and are
available to view on the Council’s website planning database. The
information you have requested regarding affordable housing provision that
developers were obliged to provide is contained in the Section 106
Agreements for each development.
The link below is to the planning database search engine. Search on the
planning application reference. At the Planning Application Summary
select the document tab. This will pull up a list of all documents
available to view. It is possible to filter by document type,
ie Section 106.
