Dear Ms Gordon,

Re: Freedom of Information Act Request ref: LBH/8751219

Thank you for your request for information received on 22 May 2019, in
which you asked for the following:

Unilateral Undertakings between Haringey Council and any developer awarded
planning permission for sites of 9 or more dwellings that oblige the
developer to provide any affordable, social rented, shared ownership or
any form of Affordable housing provision to a Registered Provider (RP)
from 1st January 2016 to the most recent data available.

My response is as follows:

Haringey Council’s Planning Department do not have any Unilateral
Undertakings for sites of 9 or more dwellings that oblige the developer to
provide any affordable, social rented, shared ownership or any form of
affordable housing provision to a registered provider from the 1^st
January 2016 to date.
