Unethical treatment of Women in Hysteroscopy Outpatient

Why you you think it is a good idea to to teach other gynaecologists a and hospitals to perform hysteroscoy with out any anaesthesia when drugs like Tramadol and meflic acid are cheap and readily available and some patients would choice epidural or couscous sedation and a large percentage of women find OPH very pain full see sources https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/ar... and https://twitter.com/HysteroscopyA/status... what would it take for you to stop doing this? are your consultants and nurses aware /read out the statement made by the BSGE and suoported by the RSOG ? https://www.rcog.org.uk/en/guidelines-re...

you may need to ask a consultant to answer my questions but as long as the cost is not over The appropriate limit is currently £600 for central
government and £450 for all other public
