To whom it may concern,

I have reviewed the publicly available information on the university
webpage titled "Academic Dress"
([13]https://www.ox.ac.uk/students/academic/d...). Nevertheless , some
details seem to be unclear.

I would appreciate the information as follows:

1. Are undergraduates allowed to wear mortar boards outdoors on the
matriculation day?
2. Is there a regulation that prohibits undergraduates from wearing mortar
boards, even in outdoor settings, until their graduation?
