Under the freedom of information act, I would like to request the following information:

For the academic year 2016/2017, can I please request the statistics of the breakdown of undergraduate degree classification awarded (1st, 2.1, 2.2, 3rd, pass, fail).

Can this be broken down into gender (male, female) and by falcuties and their respective departments within them. (Faculty of Science, Faculty of Social Sciences, Faculty of Arts, Faculty of Medicine)

Where there are less than or equal to 5 individuals, please redact this information as "≤5" to adhere to the Data Protection Act 2018.

the University of Warwick. Your request is being considered under the
Freedom of Information Act 2000. Please find below your request and our
response.

Under the freedom of information act, I would like to request the
following information:

For the academic year 2016/2017, can I please request the statistics of
the breakdown of undergraduate degree classification awarded (1st, 2.1,
2.2, 3rd, pass, fail).

Please find the information requested in the attached document titled FOI
request F344.17-18 -Undergraduate Degree Classifications 2016-17.pdf.

Please note that where we have stated the value as ‘<5’ we decline to
provide the actual figure on the grounds that the numbers are very small
and could potentially lead to the identification of individuals, which may
place the University in breach of the of the General Data Protection
Regulation 2016 and the Data Protection Act 2018, as requested by
yourself. We are relying on the exemption under section 40(2) of the
Freedom of Information Act 2000 in this regard.
