Dear Northern Health and Social Care Trust (Northern Ireland),
I am requesting information as per the following:
How many children, child defined as a under 18 who is under the care of the Trust and children who were listed on the Child Protection Register, became a)pregnant b) gave birth
during the years.
1)2009/10
2)2010/11
3 2011/12
For each case list the residential status of the child ie foster, care-home (name said home)....
