Thank you for your email of today’s date requesting information. I have
treated this as an information request under the Law Society Freedom of
Information Code of Practice ("the Code").

 

You requested the following information:

 

“Please can you provide information on how many of your employees are
under the influence of alcohol, particularly after lunch.

 

A simple breathalyser test result will suffice.”

 

The Law Society is not covered by the Freedom of Information Act (the
FOIA) as it is not a designated authority, but has adopted its own
