Dear Police Scotland,

Please can you tell me the percentage of Police Scotland's decisions to change a rape crime to a no crime incorrectly from 2012-2015? For example a HMRC report for England and Wales showed that 20% of decisions to change a rape crime to a no crime were incorrect from 2012-2013. What is this data for Scotland please?

Also please can you tell me which of Police Scotland's forces were the worst three for recording sexual offences as no crimes wrongly from 2013-2015 if possible.
