Under 18s receiving puberty blockers or cross-sex hormones
Dear University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust,
As part of research into presenting accurate date about the care of transgender children I would like to ask the following questions.
Yearly, since as far back as 2011/12:
How many patients, under 18, have been referred to endocrinology clinics from the Gender Identity and Development Service (GIDS)
If possible for each year:
How many patients have received prescriptions for GnHR (puberty blockers)?
How many patients have received prescriptions for cross-sex hormones?
And further, if at all possible, could each set of data be split between male and female?
Thank you.
Yours faithfully,
Eloise Freya
