Thank you for your information request. Questions 1,2,3,5, 6 and 7 are
answered on the spreadsheet attached.

In answer to question 4 -length of hearing defended/undefended . The Court
normally allow 10 minutes to make an application for a Liability Order
that is undefended. 

Hearings that are defended are very rare and a timescale is not given.
