3. Total Court fee paid
4. length of hearing defended/undefended
5. Number of CT accounts Liability Order made against
6. Total costs awarded to Billing authority
7. Actual cost of preparing for and attending the hearing.

Please find enclosed the information requested for items 1, 2, 3, 5 & 6 – attachment a.

In regard to number 4 - the length of the hearings are determined on whether anyone attends the court hearing. This is very rare as we are now over in Guildford. The average court hearing lasts approx. 15 minutes with no attenders.

In regard to number 7 – Estimated costs are enclosed - attachment b.
