Dear Greater Manchester Police,

I am working with a national newspaper to investigate ACPO.

To this end please can you tell me the following please:

In the last 5 years how many Chief Officers had their travel costs paid for, for how long and what was the cost to the taxpayer.

By travel costs I mean the costs of the Chief officer travelling from their home address to GMP.

I do not seek personal information.

Yours faithfully,

jim delaney

Greater Manchester Police

Dear Jim

our ref GSA/1117/14

thank you for your email below.  May I ask that you clarify the following
points?

Please clarify the meaning of "for how long".  Also please advise if your
request refers solely to the Command Team of GMP and only for journeys
from the individual's home address to their regular contracted place of
employment within GMP.

regards

Philip
