Uncorroborated statement re traffic impacts

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Norfolk County Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Norfolk County Council,

Re the planning application number 20160425 heard at Broadland District Council on 8 June 2016.

NCC was quoted in the application documents on page 157 in 9.16 as follows - "It is a matter of public record that the potential traffic impacts at the other highlighted junctions is (sic) not deemed to result in severe residual impact."

This is an uncorroborated statement. What public record? Where can it be found? Which "other" highlighted junctions? Who "deemed" the residual impact to be not "severe"? Where is the basis on which this judgment (on impact) was made to be found? Where is the evidence that supports this judgment to be found?

Please forward a copy of the document that was being referred to by the author of this statement. Or a link to it.

Yours faithfully,

D Martin
