Dear National Lottery Commission,

I recently read that around £1.1bn of lottery cash had gone unclaimed over the 17 year history of the lottery.

Please could you let me know the breakdown of this figure - specifically, how much of this unclaimed money relates to the county of Staffordshire.

Yours faithfully,

Adam Bate

National Lottery Commission

Dear Adam

Thank you for your email in which you request information about unclaimed
lottery prizes by region. Having consulted internally I am writing to
confirm that we are unable to provide the information requested as we do
not hold records that show which part of the country won prizes that were
unclaimed.

If you have any further queries regarding the regulation of the National
Lottery, do get in touch with us.

Kind regards
