The response to this request appears to be caught in the NHSmail filtering system. At the time of writing, we have received no indication that it will be permitted through their system. I've written to the Trust asking them to resend, and offering them a workaround if required.

Following further correspondence from the trust we have now written to the NHSMail helpdesk to seek their assistance.

It is the trust's responsibility to respond to the request irrespective of if their email service provider can deal with the document they are trying to release or not.

Dear requester

We have been informed by the help desk at ‘what-do-they-know’, that our
emails are getting intercepted by NHSmail, and are not being delivered.

I don’t know why this happening, as even though we are the NHS, this is a
totally different department, and has not happened before.

It might be that there is ‘buzz word’ somewhere in the response, that it
does not like and flags up?

I have taken the liberty in this instance, to include our response in an
email, rather than as a separate attachment.

I would be most grateful if you could let me know whether you receive this
email.
