Renselar Julian, Hammersmith and Fulham Borough Council

Dear L. Lluva

Further to your request, I attach the following information.

The Council's Planning Enforcement records reveal only one case of possible unauthorised worship that has been investigated within the last 5 years (up to March 2009). This case is listed below.

Case ref: 2008/01021/COUOTH
Hurlingham And Chelsea School
Peterborough Road
London
SW6 3ED

Casenotes:
Complaint is that the school is being used as a church on Sundays and has resulted in increased traffic and double-parking. There are no conditions controlling the hours of use of the building. Lease of the building is for a community church on Sundays which can be seen as ancillary to the principal use of the premises as a school - both within the D1 use class and therefore not considered that a change of use would be required. No further action taken.

If you are dissatisfied in any way you may appeal to the Information Manager, Business Technology, 2nd Floor, Hammersmith Town Hall Extension, London W6 9JU
Once you have exhausted this procedure you may appeal to the Information Commissioner's Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF, Telephone: 01625 545700, http://www.ico.gov.uk
