· How many are living in borough?

· How many are living out of borough and in which boroughs are they living?

How many are in each ward?

2. How many former unaccompanied asylum seeking children are looked after by Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea in leaving care support?
Of these -
· What is the number of males and females?

I am responding to your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000,
which we received on 22 November 2013, for information held by the
Council.

 

1. How many unaccompanied asylum seeking children are looked after by
Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea Children's Services?

Of these -

·         What is the number of males and females?

 

·         How many are living in borough?

 

·         How many are living out of borough and in which boroughs are
they living?

 

How many are in each ward?

 

2. How many former unaccompanied asylum seeking children are looked after
by Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea in leaving care support?

3. How many unaccompanied asylum seeking children are living in Royal
Borough of Kensington and Chelsea out of borough from another borough?

 

I confirm that we hold the information requested, please see attached.

 

We have decided to withhold information on location.  Due to the small
numbers, we believe that release could lead to the identification of an
individual.

 

We believe that disclosure of this information would breach one or more of
the Data Protection Principles which relates to Section 40(2) of the
Freedom of Information Act. For example, disclosure would breach principle
1 (fair and lawful processing), as it would be unfair on the individuals
the personal data relates to. This information, if used in conjunction
with other information which is, or may become, available in the public
domain, could be used to identify an individual or reveal personal data
pertaining to that individual. The public must have confidence that the
Council will hold information of this nature in confidence. Therefore, we
have decided to withhold this information.

Complaints

 

I trust this has satisfied your request.  Should you be unhappy with the
handling of your request, the Council has an internal complaints process
for handling FOIA complaints. Complaints are reviewed by the Chief
