Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Thank you for your response of 16 June 2022.

Of the five individuals who had their Universal Credit ended, how much did each of them receive and how much was recovered from each individual?

If the money was claimed fraudulently was any legal action taken and were any of the individuals prosecuted?

You wrote ''It is possible others may have had their claim ended for multiple reasons as well as excess capital but were recorded as another reason. Please list all the reasons why a Ukrainian claimant may have had claim ended in addition to holding excess capitol.

Yours faithfully,

Alan Green

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Department for Work and Pensions's handling of my FOI request 'Ukrainians Denied Access to Universal Credit?'.

Thank you for your response of 07 July 2022.

You wrote: "Ineligible – Capital/Age/Full Time Education/Address".

Could you please elaborate as to why "Address" might make a claim ineligible?

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/u...
