Dear Home Office,

I understand the EU Free Movement and Migration Policy Team provided advice in an email dated 26th June which led to the following wording being removed from http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk

"It does not matter if the only reason the British national went to another Member State was to exercise an economic Treaty right was so that he / she could come back to the UK with his / her family members under EC law."

Please take this email as a request under the FOI Act for sight of this full email from the EU Free Movement and Migration Policy Team.

Regards

BritCits

Might want to get a copy of any responses to this email too? Also. Might want to be pedantically clear and also outline that you want copies of any attachments. And Linked information if it's not in the public Internet.

Dear Home Office,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Home Office's handling of my FOI request 'UKBA website'.

I asked for sight of the FULL email as previously only an extract was provided. This is a different request which could only have been made in light of seeing that the response was not a complete one.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/u...

Yours faithfully,

BritCits
