original date the request was received.

Quote-marks They seem to be saying that they are unable to filter out the reason for refusing, and because they can not filter out they would have to do it by hand and so it would be too expensive.

Maybe it is better to ask for a list of all FOI cases, their reference number, their description, whether the information was provided or refused.

You can then do your own filtering...
