Dear Intellectual Property Office,
I would be grateful if I could please have copies of the 3 applications for invalidation (including all evidence attached to these) filed by John & Pascalis Ltd against UK Trade Mark No 1,451,888. One of these is Cancellation No. 501922.
Thank you for your help.

Dear Ms Epaminonda,
I regret the Intellectual Property Office does not provide copies of
documents free of charge. We have a well-established service for
supplying documents relating to published trade mark applications, for a
small charge to cover administrative costs.
(I should explain that section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000
allows a request for the free provision of information to be refused if
that information is already reasonably available by other means.)
For that reason I suggest you contact [email address] who will advise
I should add that with regard to the evidence in the case, if it contains
information that is not open to public inspection, that is confidential in
nature, such information is also exempt from disclosure under section 44
of the Freedom of information Act, which applies to prohibitions from
disclosure required under other legislation such as the Trade Marks Act
Please let me know if you require any further explanation.
If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your information request, you

the outcome of the internal review, you have the right to apply directly
to the Information Commissioner for a decision. The Information
