1 Provide copy/s of all BSS Business Support services contracts between the council and Wirral chamber of commerce or between anyone on either of their behalf, and including any variations, since 2017
2 provide a copy of appendices 1 and 2 that before publication were removed from the included report on ‘UK SHARED PROSPERITY FUND: PLACE BASED BUSINESS SUPPORT DELIVERY’
3 Confirm how much of the referenced £924,544 for this decision has been, will be or it is currently anticipated or earmarked to be paid to wirral chamber of commerce
4 confirm how much money has been paid to or accrued for wirral chamber of commerce under the BSS contracts since 2017 before the £924,544 funds relating to this new decision
5 provide copy/s of all the state aid assessments for this decision and any others relating to any of the BSS contracts with and service of wirral chamber of commerce

which has been received by Wirral Borough Council.

 

Wirral Council is currently processing your request however unfortunately
legal aspects which form part of this request are being reviewed, and
additional time is required as those considerations are not yet concluded
and which will inform the response. We therefore ask for an extension of
time and request an additional 20 working days to allow sufficient time
for officers to compile a response. if we are able to respond earlier, we

I am writing to request an internal review of Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'UK Shared Prosperity Fund: Place Based Business Support Delivery Decision 18/09/2023'.

REASONS –
It is now 40 working days since my 28/02/2024 request for information, and 20 working days since your holding response of 26/03/2024 asking for an extension of 20 working days. That extension has now passed and you have not supplied the information I requested.
